Jeff and his wife, Megan, live in Gatlinburg, Tennessee and have six children: Jared, 26 and his wife Beth; Erin, 24; Destiney, 14; Ryan Grace, 5; Rylee, 3 and Reese, 4 months.
Jeff is a former Gatlinburg City Planner and has served as elected City Commissioner and Mayor for the city of Gatlinburg. Reverend Ownby holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and is currently the Planning Direcctor for Sevier County.
