    Reverend Jeff Ownby is an ordained, Christian minister and Pastor of Pinnacle Bible Church in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.  Jeff is a Gatlinburg native involved in this ministry for more than 20 years and has been performing specialized wedding ceremonies in Gatlinburg for over 5 years.
